I have been selling Real Estate Along the Grand Strand for over 10 years. Over that time I have focused a lot of my effort within the Tidewater community simply because I believe it offers something for everyone who enjoys the South Carolina Coastal Lifestyle.
Most of the people that I speak with who own in Tidewater or decide to buy here tell me it’s really more than a neighborhood, it’s a Lifestyle. Let’s face it, when people move to the beach they’re moving because of the lifestyle, and their new home has to fit within that picture.
